Guilherme Menegon Arantes

Associate Professor at the Department of Biochemistry, University of São Paulo (USP). He has experience in the areas of physical chemistry, biophysics and biochemistry, with emphasis on calculation and development of methods in electronic structure and molecular simulation, computational enzymology and simulation with hybrid potentials (QM/MM), protein molecular dynamics and free energy estimation.

Professor associado do Departamento de Bioquímica da Uiversidade de São Paulo (USP). Tem experiência nas áreas de físico-química, biofísica e bioquímica, com ênfase em cálculo e desenvolvimento de métodos em estrutura eletrônica e em simulação molecular, enzimologia computacional e simulação com potenciais híbridos (QM/MM), dinâmica molecular de proteínas e estimativa de energia livre.
